I was wondering when you start losing weight and you weight your self weekly when should you put it in myfitnesspal so it can change your calorie amount

I put in every weigh-in. I update my Goals every ten pounds. You have to go into Goals and click Update Profile or it won't change your calories. Just entering a weight in Check In doesn't do anything.

You can log your new weight and it won’t change anything. But update your diet profile after every ten pounds or so to get your calories to change.1
