hello everyone my name monica and this is my first time using this app. I am the ketogenic diet and really trying real hard to stay on fit, Was refer to this fitness by nurse, If anyone on the keto diet can give me advice it is welcome due to am I on my 7 day on keto[, hope to hear frome someone have a bless day

    Welcome :) If you're eating keto just for weightloss and general improvement of health, maybe you'll like to hear that you can achieve that by eating any food you like, just eating less.

    Hi! I think there are some keto boards on the site that might have a lot of good resources for you! I'm doing lower carb and sugar, but not full on keto because for me it isn't sustainable (although I know for others it is). I try a new low carb dinner a week, otherwise rotate the same 15 or so recipes that work for me and my calorie limit. Good luck to you!
