Ok i am 48 years old, tall at 6'3, and have always been broad build upper with rugby type legs since a kid.
Have already lost 55lbs (40lbs to go to target of about 16 stones) and now a gym member.
I want to carry on losing weight and am not wanting to get shredded or overly muscular but i do want to capitalise on my natural frame.
So do i go free weights and bodyweight or do i hit the machines on top of my all round cardio?
Suggestions/ideas/friend adds welcomed.
