A little clarification required please...

Hi Folks,

I'm sure this has been asked countless times but I'm looking for a strength training programme I can follow at my gym. Looking through previous posts there is loads of information and tbh it's all a bit overwhelming.

I’m looking to tone up the usual places; arms, stomach, butt and back (especially those chubby bits at the shoulder blades! :# ). I’ve lifted weights in the past but have never stuck to a proper programme.

Right now its mostly cardio (5k runs on the treadmill 3-4 times a week) but I know I need to incorporate some weights in there too ideally for about 30-35 mins.

Can someone suggest a link or site which could help?
