Costochondritis and weightlifting

Anyone else experience issues with this? I waited quite a while (5 or 6 weeks) after my first bout with costrochondritis to start lifting again. First round of lifting (Monday), all was fine. Second round (Wednesday) included chest fly reps and now I'm starting to think the costo is back. Not a fan!

Anyone have any experience or tips?

    Try using magnesium oil topically. You can get a bottle of it for $10 at Vitamin Shoppe.
