Can you eat more?

Hi, I have a senditary job yet I have upped my workouts to five times per week. I set my calories to less active and to lose 0.5 pounds a week as my weight is 9stone 2 in a healthy bmi range. This set my calories to 1430 a day. However, I’m really hungry on workout days and find myself having to go over the calorie goal. What’s the best thing to do? I might not lose weight if I eat more but I feel like I need to on some workout days. Thanks.

That's one of the advantages of the MyFitnessPal "eat back exercise calories" method - you eat more on days you exercise and less on days you don't.
Your calorie balance over an extended period of time is what determines your rate of weight loss but allocating your calories differently can make adherence easier.3
