How many calories does this look like?

There was a Murder Mystery Dinner event tonight. I didn't eat much during the day and exercised a bit to accommodate the calories.
If overestimated, I would say 1,050 calories. I don't know the actual names of what was served but looks like a small bread roll, mixed vegetable with some vinaigrette-like dressing, some roasted veggies on top of rice, and some penne pasta with two meatballs. Dessert was the brownie and some fruit. The coke is diet coke btw. Would that be somewhat accurate? I'd be near my daily calorie allotment then.

Haha. Normally, I wouldn't do that because I don't like my food touching but there was a long line of people behind me and I didn't want to go back for another plate since it was so crowded (college event).Brownie and fruit = 200
Rice veggies = 150
Pasta meatballs = 250
Roll = 100
700
Thanks for the calculation! I tend to overestimate for each item when I can't use my scale. Just to be on the safe side xP0 -
Brownie- 300
Roll- 130
Pasta- 200 (looks like a standard serving)
Meatballs- 150 (look pretty small)
Vegetables- 150 (oil in the dressing)
Fruit- 75
I come up with an even 1000.
FYI- my hubby counts calories, but instead of logging, asks me every day how many calories I think his meals are... he is losing at the correct rate10 -
If I was logging it I would go with 1100. I think 1000 sounds about right and I would add the extra 100 just to be safe.4

OP, I think your original estimate of 1050 is safer than 700. It's not a huge amount of food, so it might be somewhere in the middle of the two. But I'd go with the higher estimate just to be sure...2

Forgot the sauce, so yeah 1050-1100.1

I estimated 1000.1
