Agree with both above, it's simple in reality to gain weight, just eat more than you need each day. What are your goals for gaining weight? Do you want to gain muscle or are you just underweight and don't care what you gain as long as you put on some pounds?
Your goals will depend on what you should do in terms of how much extra you should eat and your activities while you are gaining. Also, why are you having trouble eating enough?1
