Recovering from sickness

So the last 24hrs I have been quite sick and my energy levels are low, what are the best ways to get them back up and feeling better?

Live like normal, I guess? Have you never been ill before?1

If it was the flu or something similar, I would make sure you drink plenty of fluids and get yourself hydrated, particularly before exercising.0
