I was off track for a while. Today I decided its time for a change again lol. It's hard when you have been big all your life, and yes It's only my fault due to my eating habits. I am 45 years old 206lbs and only 5'2. I have tried every diet on this planet, but nothing seems to stick. Today I went shopping to prep food for the week; I joined the gym yesterday and worked out believe it or not, but again is depressing seen all the skinny girls showing off their figure. I mean I would too lol. But I am doing this for me. Wish me luck I will keep you guys posted and will post pictures so you guys can help me stay motivated.

It sounds like you have the right mindset about being healthy. Don't worry about the "skinny" girls at the gym, that'll just drive you mad. You can totally handle this. I wish you the very best of luck and a wonderful journey back to health! Feel free to add me as a friend. I can help motivate you!0

The great news is if you can change habits into better ones some day you could be one of those skinny girls at the gym! don't let them put you off, let them motivate you.
All the best.0
