Fruits that you like and fit into your calorie budget. Barring allergy/intolerance all fruits are healthy so just eat what like. Don't make it harder than it needs to be.2

Overall nutrition is important whether you are losing weight or not. Eat a varied diet with enough protein, fat, fiber, and micronutrients.
Eat foods you like. Don't eat foods you don't like because that's just wasting calories.3 -
There have been some studies showing that blueberries, apples and grapes can reduce the risk of Type 2 diabetes (NYT article). I agree that most fruits are healthy but some definitely have more health benefits than others. Worth researching some articles that show the benefits of different types of fruit.4

A healthy diet is balanced and varied. Fruit is an essential part of many healthy diets.
Losing weight is really simple - eat less (and/or move more), and that is something you do, not try.
Intermittent fasting is nothing more than not eating all the time, which can be a really good strategy when you want to lose weight. You still have to eat less (and/or move more).2 -
