    Yep, I've been here on and off since 2010. Counting calories works for me. I've been maintaining for two years now or up and down the same five pounds. When I get closer to the top end of my goal weight range I dial it back in.

    Well I hope it works for me too , I have a lot to loose, I'm 50+ on blood meds and find it hard to loose weight so here goes, my new life st arts Monday lol

    Start today by just counting what you eat regardless of calorie count. No need to cut calories yet but to see how much you have been eating from day to day. It is eye-opening!
