Anyone know ways to increase protein and decrease carbs and fats?
What are some ideas for people who don’t really like eggs?
I’m just starting my health journey. Trying to lose some pounds I gained over the last 10 years.

Eat more lean meat and fish, drink low fat milk, eat less fatty meat, oils, butter, grains, starch and sugar.
If you're just starting, it's a good idea to not try to do a 180, but instead identify the most troublesome but easy to fix areas, and fix them, and build new, better habits around your existing, good habits.1 -
The thread below is a great one. It links to a spreadsheet that lists many, many foods by protein efficiency: Most protein in fewest calories.
Find things on the list that you enjoy eating, and eat more of those, while reducing or eliminating other foods you're eating now that you don't find as tasty, satiating, or nutritious.
