Help to gain weight & build body mass

I am looking to gain weight and build body *kitten* and work on my glutes. I used to weigh 140lbs and now only weighing 105lbs and I look way to skinny. I struggle with Chronic IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), and it’s the hardest thing because I used to love to eat food always. And now it’s really hard. I want advice on ways I can change or maybe even recipes to know what to eat and be able to gain the weight. And ideas of workouts or anything to help. If anyone has struggled with it please.
