Favorite low calorie slow cooker meal

Hey everyone this is my first time on here in a very long time. I was told recently that I needed to lose 60 pounds to be in the healthy weight range. I don't like sweets much that has never been an issue. I'm a huge snacker. I will snack all day and not even be hungry. But I'm looking for some really good slow cooker meals. The only food I don't like is beans so anything else is welcome. Please send me your favorite slow cooked meals

you could try any kind of soup--I've done chicken soup, usually with chicken thighs for some added fat / flavor, a bay leaf, some lemon, chicken broth, pepper, onion powder, carrots, onions, potatoes (or pasta / rice, whatever you prefer). Super easy. Also I do my own version of African peanut soup: use mashed sweet potatoes as the base along with chicken or veggie broth, carrots, onions, chicken thighs(I fry these separately and add in at the end), peanut butter to taste, cinnamon, cumin, ginger, garlic, dash of cayenne for some spice, serve topped with cilantro and crushed peanuts. So good!1

My fave is spicy Jambalaya with shrimp and turkey sausage. Riced cauliflower instead of rice. 268 calories for a hearty bowl.2
