Instagram Photo Food Diary

For the last week (I know it's only been a week) I have been taking pictures of ALL foods/drinks that go into my body that have calories and posting them on Instagram. It has helped! I needed to get back on track, and I really think it has helped. My niece is going through and liking every picture, love that girl!
It's just another form of accountability, I warned them all before I started that I was going to be doing it. (Some of my friends probably don't care what I eat!)
