Finding friends to lose weigh together (。・ω・。)ノ♡

Me:
~ Asian female, 24yo, 5'6'',
~ pear-shaped, small-bones
~ high body fat, inactive lifestyle
~ weight fluctuates 145~151lb
~ spontaneous stomach or abdominal cramps, otherwise healthy
~ love veggies, sugary snackes especially chocolate, cookies, cakes.
I'm tracking my food and caloroe intake to ensure I'm maintaining a balanced diet (aka not low carb)
Aims:
~ get down to 128lb this year and maintain it
~ control my carvings on sugary food
(it happens 2~3 times a week and get me back to 151 )
My situation:
~ was 180 4~5 years ago
~ have a sweet tooth and tended to binge on whatever food available whenever I was stressed or bored so my brain was occupied by the sense of fullness.
~ learnt how to relax myself in other ways and controlled my cravings with sweeteners, weight gradually dropped to 162 in 2 years and plaeaued for a year.
~ stopped going low carb which possibly made me recurrently binge on chocolate, cakes, ice cream
~ Never a gym person but starting in Feb, jog for 45mins once a week
