Don't temporarily diet, change your lifestyle instead by just counting calories; so that you'll rid yourself of all of the weight that you desire & won't regain it! Also've a realistic/healthy goal, of no more than a 2 pound per week; weight riddance!0

99 pounds by August is quite unrealistic. If you want to lose weight healthy you just need to input your statistics in MFP and eat at a calorie deficit. There's no real quick and easy way. Set attainable goals and that will be much easier and help you keep the weight off.0

Start with taking the deadline out of the picture, cause chances are, you won't lose it that quickly and 'failing' to do so will discourage you. Set a realistic goal of 1kg/week.1

Follow the general healthy eating guidelines, plenty of vegetables, lean protein and healthy fats, work out your calories by completing your profile, read the stickies at the top of the forums, mostly the general diet and weight loss one, and the getting started one. Remember to keep the weight off you will have to continue doing the same as you do to lose it, so use this time to learn what works for you

That was a very specific goal. If that's all you have to lose, you can't realistically or safely lose it in that timeframe. Don't set deadlines on weightloss.
To lose weight, you have to eat less. That is something you do, not try. You can eat anything you want. You don't have to exercise to lose weight, but moderate exercise is good for you. The best exercise is the exercise you actually do.
Follow the instructions MFP gave you at setup.0 -
You should definitely look into the ketogenic lifestyle. I say lifestyle cause it's something u can keep at and is good for you even when you lost the weight u want and is looking to maintain. There's plenty of information on it and once u pass the hurdle of adapting to it the first week, week and a half you'll find it so easy1
