Best freestanding punching bag for $100-150?

One that is really heavy. There's no use in a lightweight one. Also you need good gloves to protect your knuckles and the right form to prevent injuries.

I would think that there is likely some regional/country differences in pricing. Perhaps do a google search for your area? Check out Craigslist and Kijiji for second hand stuff. I can't remember how much I spent on mine, but I got the bag and stand brand new, so I'm certain it was more than your price range here.

Already picked my gloves

I figured no lightweight ones, I'm going to beat the crap out of this thing.

I just see many mixed reviews on different ones all over online.

The heavier the better. Personally I'd search online on craigslist. There's a lot of good UNUSED bags out there.
