What do i look for in a good digital weight scale

    For a food scale, I recommend something with a wide platform, something that can hold up to 15 lb... Yes they do exist... And that has an Easy-to-Read display. Most food scales can toggle between metric and English measurements and also have a tare feature. You should be able to choose to weigh with grams or ounces.

    For a body scale just pick one on amazon.com that has lots and lots of great reviews LOL.

    I bought the oxo one that they talk about in that video a few months ago. I love it.

    I've had that OXO Good Grips for so many years I've lost count. If you ever watch any of Alton Brown's shows, it's the one he uses too. I absolutely love it.

    Another vote for the Oxo. I have the one that weighs up to 22 lbs. I can weigh entire meals in my cast iron pot.
