hello, my name is Ernie, I live in South Florida, and I would like to add some friends on here to maintain the momentum I have had as of late. Been doing really well with my eating and slowing starting to add some exercise. Weight training to start in a few weeks.
I have been here so many times I am really trying to stick to the plan I have in my head. I usually go from eating everything to super strict clean food and gym everyday that I get burned out so quit, I am tired of that cycle so I am trying to have be as an organic growth as possible.
My highest ever was 356.4lbs and I've gone down to 270 and gained it all back, that was three years ago. I don't want to do that again...

Hi Ernie! Take it easy, slow and steady is your best bet. That is how people burn out, they try to do too much at once. Pick an easy calorie deficit and do something you love for fitness. Win win1
