Help - Quick way to burn 100 calories in my break

Working the night shift, bought sugar energy drink by accident instead of sugar free!
Need to burn it off in my lunch
Its gonna be around 3am for 30mins or so and I will be locked in a building
There is a large common room I can sneak off to do sit ups, squats kinda thing but nothing like jumping, running that will make noise or shake the room about (the office is silent)
Help me MFP

I found this page with a bunch of bodyweight exercises - you could pick out your favorites if you wanted (or the quiet ones!).

Personally, I wouldn't really worry about being over 100 calories in one day. More than likely I would just exercise more tomorrow. But I'm one who does a weekly average and not worry about being over or under one day.0

I am still trying to fit any exercise into my life so mainly just starting the change with drastically cutting cals, so every little helps me keep on track at the moment. Already way over for the week as well, but just mad at this one little drink because 100cals seems something I can erase before adding it to my total of overeat already.0

Got stairs? running up and down them is brutal but an awesome burn.0

A combination of jumping jacks and jogging in place. It's quick and it gets to the point.0
