Should I use creatine when I'm cutting (try to lose weight)

Creatine isn't something that is limited to cutting or bulking. If creatine helps you squeeze out an extra rep or two you should use it, if it seems to have no impact you shouldn't use it.2

Sometimes. I like the fullness I get using it. 10g is overkill. Most people can get away with as little as 2g a day since creatine is in foods we eat.1 -

Seconded that 10g/day is way overkill. And creatine is not one of those "more is better" kind of things.
