Do artificial sugars kick you out of Keto?

No BUT the fillers in some of the artificial sugars do contain a fair bit of carbs as a filler - only an issue for the solid/powder sweeteners.
If the ingredients contain maltodextrin or anything ending in "ose", that is a carb. It should not be much of problem unless you are using quite a bit.
If you want to avoid the fillers you could always go with liquid sweeteners like stevia.2 -
I use Pyure and it tastes great to me. It's erythritol and organic stevia. I have the urine strips and they show I am still in ketosis after having this sweetner.1

Depends on the sweetener. Maltitol is a big no-no. Stevia and erythritol are good options.
