Is it ok to go over my allowed calories? I didnt exercise today. Will this hurt my weight loss?

You can do what you like.
Perhaps look at your weekly calorie goal - if you're still under maintenance calories, you will be losing, just less than if you were eating at your set calorie goal every day. You may have also "saved" calories on other days through exercise that will compensate for eating more today..3
