Charcoal keto intermittent fasting, washed down with apple cider vinegar FTW! And 45-minute HIIT workouts while wearing a waist trainer.

Nothing new here.
Before I honed my cooking skills everything was served with a charcoal coating.
The trends are getting a bit stale so it is probably time for a new one.
Elderflower is up and coming, sigh.
Unfortunately I don't think my fav St Germain with bubbles will count.
I can see the IKEA cordial becoming popular though.
Cheers, h.5 -

Yeah but you need some Herbalife on top of that4 -
Charcoal is good for if you have the bottom-burps.2

I have celiac disease, I always have charcoal with me...if I accidently get cross contaminated it really helps with symptoms. I take enough of it that if there was some weight loss benefit I would have seen it5

On a much, much smaller scale it’s sold over the counter for those who have true stomach issues. It’s not a trend, a way of eating, or a way to lose weight.
Big eye roll for those who are so threatened by things or something you don’t know.
unfortunately i think you have completely missed the point of this thread...
you say yourself it is useful in some cases... but not for weight loss...6 -

Right .. I am NOT falling for this one .... I have been suckered in by most other snake oils and "supplements" on trend, but I swear, I am not buying in to this one .. well, not until myprotein start selling it and it gets 4/5 star ratings0 -

Oh I see Gracie backed off! I didnt' even see her post. Geez, just because hospitals use a product doesn't mean you should have it for breakfast or that it would accomplish what you think it will.2
