Ok who's with me ??

Tomorrow I shall be starting my 30 days of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 & Killers Buns & Thighs :happy:

I Know its hard to find time to exercise with hectic life and family commitments but I'm making a challenge to myself and anyone else on myfitnesspal to join me in completing 30 days and reporting back each day on this post to confirm workout complete for 30 days!!

Fitness newbie like me will be starting at Level 1 for Killer Buns & Thighs for the first 30 days then working up the levels once completed and feel ready :smile:

Log your before measurements down and take a before picture, like I have! Then after the 30 days I will post results picture and measurements :smile:

Lets stay committed together and most important try and enjoy the health benefits of Exercising :wink:

    Well, I'm about two months too late, but I would be interested in doing this. I have several Jillian Michaels DVDs. My favorite one is 30 Day Shred.

    Anyone else with me?
