I have lost 16 pounds and am very excited but I don't see any change. My clothes don't fit differently and i see no change! I also was wondering, i understand that when i have lowered my calories i have lost weight, but i don't get what happens when my calories are down, my working out is up, and my weight jumps up. I weigh myself every morning at the same time but some times my weight goes up a few pounds for no reason. Can anyone tell me why?

Could be a couple things:
1. Water weight
2. You're eating too few calories (1200 calories, for example), and working out, but not eating your exercise calories back. Your body needs fuel, much like a car. If the car has no gas, it won't run.
3. Time of the Month
As for seeing changes, take pictures and compare them... like every 30 days.0
