Male friends

I’m looking for some guy friends that track meals and exercises and I can compare to. I know it’s not good to compare yourself to others. But we’re all here for help right. I have lost over 30 pounds and want to transition from more weight loss to muscle building. So if you need a new friend that’s pretty active on here give me an add. I’ll appreciate it big time

    Lost 10 pounds counting calories before joining MFP. Still losing about a pound a week. Feel free to add me fellow dudes.

    I'm down around 30# too, and workout 3-12 times per week, depending on how you count it.
