I back

I back, I have been off for a while but I have kept up with watching what and how much I eat, I've finished two 5Ks and walked the firecracker 4 mile walk. I am a pear shape person (thanks mom and grandma) I feel I am maintaining and not loosing. my legs and buttock are getting hard but not smaller :( any suggestions on what to do or eat to help loose my pear shape? oh its always nice to have friends to help :)
