I back, I have been off for a while but I have kept up with watching what and how much I eat, I've finished two 5Ks and walked the firecracker 4 mile walk. I am a pear shape person (thanks mom and grandma) I feel I am maintaining and not loosing. my legs and buttock are getting hard but not smaller
any suggestions on what to do or eat to help loose my pear shape? oh its always nice to have friends to help
