Hi , i am Antonia from NJ.
Havent been running or exercising much since I completed my first marathon a year a go.
Figure its about time to get myself back on track and lose few extra weight.
I just downloaded this app a week ago and this really helps me watch and be mindful of what I eat everyday.
So far I've lost 1lb foe the first week and its really motivating me keep moving forward.
Good luck everyone who is on their track to reach their goals, and lets keep each other morivated.
