I am traveling for work until next Friday. So far, so good. I hate the I have no idea what the nutritional value of my airplane breakfast was, but I stayed away from anything other than eggs and fruit. I took a guess at 300 calories and logged it. For lunch my colleague wanted Applebee's which at home I'd say no to, but today went for it and ordered off their weigh watchers menu and got out of the for about 400 calories with their shrimp and vegetable dish and side salad with no cheese, bacon, dressing or croutons. Also stopped by a grocery store and got fruit for my room and low calorie snacks, still have to be careful with those because I'd carbs and sodium. The hotel gym will be my friend this week!
I'm going to have fruit for dinner tonight as I do find myself with an upset tummy now. Not sure why but I blame the airlines
Send me any other travel tips!!!

When I travel I take the time off, a break can be very good for you mentally and for your hormones, etc.
Eat to your hunger and just be "sensible" - there is no point beating yourself up over a few days and like i said, it DOES do you wonders to take a break.0
