Changing things up!

I have been on Weight Watchers for 15 months. The first 6 months I lost 25 lbs. Then I stayed within my points but made less healthy choices. Took a hiatus over the holidays and was down a pound when I went back. In Dec., they changed the point system and I totally lost interest. Enjoy the meetings, but not accomplishing any wt loss. I have decided to use MFP more and move slowly into a more plant based diet.
