Starting the plan of losing 30 lbs

Over the past 5 years I've gained roughly 30 lbs. I'm a competitive powerlifter and my main focus this year is not to compete but to lose excess body fat and build muscle along the way.

I just started lifting weights (olympic bar style) at the beginning of the year, noticing changes and feeling happy. Goals are great to put in place. Enjoy your journey!0
