In my house we have two scales one digital & one normal one I’ve been losing weight for 3 weeks now I started off weighing 16 stone now tonight I weighed myself on my digital one which it now says I’m 14 stone and 3 pounds but I checked my normal scales and it’s saying I’m only 15 half stone but I know I’ve lost weight as I’ve lost 2-3 inches on my legs waist etc etc (Im measuring myself too) which one would you go by? Digital or normal scales ☹️

Pick one and stick to it. As long as they're calibrated, it doesn't matter. I use a digital scale.3

I had this same issue too with my digital and needle scale. I decided to stick to one scale only, which is my digital one. Still have the needle one, but I never use it.0

As already said, pick one and stick with it. I would stick with the one that you took your starting weight with. You could use 5 different scales and get 5 different numbers.0
