Any suggestions?

I have been on a diet for two weeks eating clean and no carbs, no soda, and walking at a fast pace for 3 + miles per day. I have not seen the scales move!!!! I am getting frustrated but want to keep going. Any help will be appreciated. :sad:

    You will have to open your diary so people can see to get better advice.

    Are you measuring/weighing your food properly and putting everything down?
    Why NO carbs?
