So many changes

I've moved cities, added a second job, and have gone through a breakup. Now that I'm in a new environment I want to create a healthy routine, but with all the changes I'm struggling to feel balanced.

Any advice or helpful tips to making the transition easier? I was feeling so comfortable with my schedule before, it's crazy how much change can really effect my eating and hunger patterns!

    Maybe start small, pick one thing a week to try and build it into your new routine.

    That’s A LOT of change in a short time. Take time to adjust to it all. And tinkerbellang83 has a great suggestion. :)
