Trying to get back on track

I'm trying to get back on track since my main goal is to lose 30 to 40 pounds by December. My main goal at the moment ;)! I lost about 10 to 15 when I first started MyFitnessPal within 3 months.Then my grandmother passed away in December, then I realize I am an emotional eater! Then I also noticed I eat when I'm bored.. I have been counting my calories and exercising for the past three days. That's a start!

    I'm back on track as well. I kept 85 pounds off for three years, but I nearly half of it back and I'm looking to shed another 30 pounds. Welcome back!
