I'm trying to get back on track since my main goal is to lose 30 to 40 pounds by December. My main goal at the moment
! I lost about 10 to 15 when I first started MyFitnessPal within 3 months.Then my grandmother passed away in December, then I realize I am an emotional eater! Then I also noticed I eat when I'm bored.. I have been counting my calories and exercising for the past three days. That's a start!
