My Progress ( Down 27 pounds ) MONTH AND 2 Weeks difference

Hello!!!! Here putting an update of how my diet has been going ! Start weight was 265 and my weight now is 237. It’s been so amazing. All I’ve been doing is clean eating and intermittent fasting! I have never felt better. Also my streak is around 46 days which is amazing to me because I’ve never lasted this long. I’m so happy and determined to NEVER give up.

I start my fast at 7pm every night till 11am the next morning!
