Any good videos for strength and flexibility training with hyper-mobile joints?

Apparently I have been doing things wrong, and my poor arthritic joints are wobblier than ever. :( I'd love remedial/beginner online vids I can work out with that would pass inspection of a personal trainer or physical therapist.

I have numerous imbalances beyond the hyper-mobility including all the modern issues like forward head, rounded shoulders/sunken chest, and hyperlordotic posture with anterior pelvis among them. Was doing body weight exercises for ages because weights hurt due to the bad posture/form. Tried tiny weights again (up to 8lb db and 2.5lb ankle weights) along with a stretching strap to help with tight muscles, but I think that made the hyper-mobility worse.

Any recommendations? I am just praying that I can fix this somehow. I would hate to think that I have put my hiking in jeopardy by trying to train harder for it!

Have you considered seeking a referral to a physical therapist to help you figure out what is safe for you?

I would think things like swimming, yoga, pilates would be good, but I could be wrong...

@mitch16 I worked briefly with one a couple of years ago, but times being what they are my finances and insurance won't allow for me to see one now. I am on my own, so am hoping to find solid resources online.
