How many carbs & how fast is weight loss?

How many carbs are you having and how fast are you losing?

I just started low carb again and I don’t think I’m losing as fast as before.

    Weight loss has nothing to do with carbs and everything to do with calories.

    The only "advantage" of a low-carb diet is more water weight loss in the beginning as the water/glycogen is depleted from your body due to the lack of carbohydrates.

    I eat between 200-300 grams a day and I'm losing 2-3 pounds a week.

    To be honest it varies everyday, so I don't have a "meal plan" per se I just make sure I stick under my calories each day :) I'll open my diary to the public and you can view all my days the past month or so. Just click on my profile and view diary from there if you don't know how to :)

    I also eat around 200-250g per day and I lose around 1lb per week when I am in my calorie deficit.

    It's the calories that matter, not the carb intake. You can more or less eat what you like for weight loss as long as you stick to the calorie allowance given by MFP and for good nutrition make sure you get adequate protein and fats.
