New around here... again :)

Hi all,

I’m becoming another yo-yo, I start then I quit. This time I decided to start slow and see a little progress before diving back in. I’ve lost 6 lbs since New Years and am excited to keep them off and keep going.
After some soul searching (and honest feedback from my husband) I tend to get too gung-ho and then can’t sustain my lifestyle changes. This time I’m making small, healthy changes and building off them.
