Hey everyone,
I was doing crunches both on that machine with the leg holders that is angled back slightly and also on the crunch machine with weights. I usually do crunches on the floor, leg lifts and bicycles but wanted t od osoemthing different. That was yesterday. It didn't hurt at all while I was doing it....but today my neck is hurting so much and my upper back, I can barely turn my head. I am icing it and taking anti-inflammatories....(Advil). Has anyone else hurt themselves this way? Should I just go back to the floor? My abs aren't even feeling it at all

Sounds like you weren't using your abs, but your neck and back. I would go back to the floor, but not until you're past this. Crunches are overrated, IMO...
