    Hi Ladies! 42yr old here. I've been on MFP for about 2 years now. Used it to drop about 14lbs initially. Stopped logging and just used it for support after that. Just logging in here daily is enough to keep me consistently working out and being mindful of what I eat. So even though I gained about 10lbs back, half of it was muscle. Just cut the fat in Jan again. If anyone needs support feel free to add me.
