So many NSV today

My daughter and I went shopping today, as it was time for me to get some new clothes. I went to Victoria Secret and got fitted. The first bra i tried on, a 36C, was too big. I tried the 36B, still to big. I'm now a 34B. I started out as a 38D. WOW! Then we went to Vanity. I loved the girls jeans who was working and she said she would get me a pair of them to try on. What size?? No idea, haven't got new pants since I before I started losing weight. I just guessed a 32. Those and the 31s were too big. I got the 30s. I even tried on the 29s. I got them up and buttoned, no a fit I would wear out of the dressing room, but still got them up. I have always wore L/XL shirts. I decided to give a few mediums a shot. They all fit perfect.!!
Then out to lunch at Red Robin. Normally I would get some kind of loaded burger and fries. Not today. I ordered their Avo-cobb-o salad without bacon and black olives (really trying to watch my sodium intake)and light on the blue cheese. The salad had so many yummy toppings(avocado, egg, tomatoes, and chicken) I didn't even need dressing. It fit well into my calories for the day!!

That is the best feeling isn't it - finding that you can fit into clothes smaller than you expected! It takes a while for your head to catch up with the new you I think - it did for me :-) And the personal victory of choosing better options - that is great :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: Well done you, post your success story when you get to your goal won't you!!0
