Hi, I was just wondering how you adjust the weights in the food database, Can you enter your own weights rather than the ones that come up.
Thanks

You can add any weight when you are adding a food to the database.
But If I want to add some food from the database to my diary, I adjust the portion accordingly. Incase the food in the database is 100g and I have had only 40g, I will add the portion as '0.4'. Likewise for 200g for the same food I add '2'.
I hope this is what you were asking for0 -
Thank you hun, i will try that0
