Hello all,
My name is Kim. Ive had this fitness tracker on and off for about 5 years now. I joined this community to keep me on track this time. I REALLY want to lose weight. I'm usually at 115 lbs, but recently went up to 160lbs over the course of just a few months. My family has had a lot of problems with heart attacks, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc and I just want to be healthy and happy. I started eating out of depression, mainly. I've been unemployed for almost a year now after I went to school and got a certification. I could never find employment in that field and have only done odd jobs since then. All I've been doing is sitting around, not exercising, and eating a bunch of food.
Currently, I'm using slim fast to try to keep me on track for calorie counting, but I plan to switch to a nutritious diet after around a month straight of logging diary entries.
I'm hoping this will get me back on track.

I battle depression as well. I was just released about a week ago from the hospital for depression and psychosis. I was there for about two weeks. Welcome back, and you can do it.0
