Aim for heathyish, it's easier to define and less resrictive than "clean".-and if you don't already know, learn how to cook
That's how I usually describe my eating. I cook from scratch, but I also include some processed foods and some desserts at 200 calories or fewer per serving. A varied diet where I try to hit my protein and iron targets, feel satisfied and don't feel deprived. Easiest weight-loss I've ever done. Best fitness results I've had since I don't know when.3
