Hello all! I have been using this app on and off for years, making some progress and then gaining all the weight back. I've finally come to a point where I'm tired of gaining weight and hating myself for it. I'm ready to focus and really put some effort in loving and caring for my body. I thought maybe using the community and social features might help motivate me. So, please feel free to add me..I need friends. Wouldn't mind encouraging others along their journey of well being!!
