Nope. Unless you count Monster Ultra Zero as a PWO drink.

This is going to depend on when you're drinking the coffee in relation to your bedtime, how much you're drinking, and your personal response to caffeine. Nobody can know the answer for you.

For me personally, reasonable amounts of coffee (1-4 cups a day) don't impact my sleep as long as I stop drinking it 5-6 hours before bedtime.

If you think coffee will interfere with your sleep, multiply that by about 10 with preworkout drinks. Much more caffeine plus other stimulants as well.

Yeah I do - 4:30 am wake up call for the gym is so much nicer with 300mg caffeine, creatine and beta alanine all wrapped up in a blue raz drink.

I like it, I look forward to it, it serves as a good bit of motivation to get out of bed

When I run out, I use caffeine pills or a couple of espressos ... but it isn’t the same :(

Used to, but not any more. Usually just a caffeine pill in the mornings. If I need an extra kick in the butt, then a 5hr energy... but typically just the caffeine pill.

I also use C4... think I'm going to try Nutrex's "OutLift" when I am done with this batch.

I used to take 1.5 scoops of C4 before a workout. It does give you a big energy boost but some people find it also makes them nauseous or gives them a headache, stomach problems or makes them feel too warm.

I have better results eating some carbs and protein and fat in the morning with a monster zero.

Exactly. One reason I don't like PWO. I don't sleep.

Depends on you tolerance to caffeine ... coffee doesn’t have much caffeine in it compared to a pill or pre workout ... so if you don’t get a “kick” from coffee normally, will it give you that gym boost ?
